We identified the feelings you intend to embody in the next 3 months =
deep inner peace, relaxed/at ease, safe, secure and calm
Identified the biggest block = procrastination and limiting habits. To overcome this we went into why the procrastination and limiting habits, this uncovered fear of being successful and happy and the limiting belief “I dont deserve it” as well as doubt that this “will work”.
Our intention is to build your faith that this “will work” as you are more ready now than ever before to step into the next stage of your life. It is going to require unwavering faith, cultivated through commitment and extraordinary effort in the next 3 months to create transformation, stepping into the next level of yourself.
This next stage of expansion and healing for you is through the gateway of love: softness, openness, gentleness, grace. Moving from surviving to thriving!
We looked at language and how it programs our sub-conscious and belief systems.
Our language can either be 1) expanding us or 2) contracting and limiting us
Be mindful of the words and expressions you habitual use and choose new ways of expression

** Whenever we put “I” at the beginning of a statement we affirm in and logs in our sub-conscious very strongly. So watch everytime you say “I …….. '
Action Steps:
Journal “I Am Celebrating” list of all the things you want to honour, acknowledge and celebrate from the past. Perhaps play some music, light a candle, have a cup of tea and really take a moment to pause to drop-in and celebrate your journey and accomplishments.
Morning Ritual - 25minutes of mediation for the next 7 days and 5 minutes of stretching

Daily mediation practice WHY - To cultivate discipline and commitment and cultivate connection to your true core self, your gifts and abilities and to support your body and health through accessing the para-symapthic nervous system.
** These goals are the beginning of building more structure; we start simply so we can then build upon the foundations.
